Founders Bar is inspired by the iconic bars of 1920s London and Paris. Three inviting spaces with intimate seating areas come together around an impressive bar, where you can see our bartenders at work in their signature white jackets.

Our menu features classic cocktails and an extensive wine selection with plenty of choice by the glass. The dinner menu offers starters and main courses alongside smaller dishes and snacks to enjoy with a glass of wine or a cocktail.

On Wednesdays, Founders Bar regularly hosts live jazz with a rotating line-up of top musicians. Check the agenda for the latest programme.

There’s no need to make a reservation at Founders Bar. Simply walk in.

Food

At Founders Bar, you can enjoy a full dinner or choose smaller dishes and snacks with a good glass of wine or cocktail.

The menu features timeless classics, oysters, charcuterie, a selection of cheeses and desserts.

The kitchen is open daily until 11 PM.

Wine is a big part of what we do, reflected in a wine list with over 500 labels that focuses mainly on the Old World, with a carefully selected range from beyond Europe.

There is a wide selection available by the glass, complemented by half bottles, magnums and special bottles for special occasions.

Thanks to our fixed-markup approach, the list offers good value at every price level.

Reservations: Simply walk in

There’s no need to make a reservation at Founders Bar. Simply walk in and our team will be happy to seat you at a table or at the bar.

Can’t be seated straight away? Start with a drink or a bite at the bar. As soon as a seat becomes available, we’ll get you settled in.
Minimum Age: Founders Bar is exclusively for guests aged 21 and over.
Corkage Fee: You are welcome to bring bottles of wine that are not represented on our wine list. This policy is limited to two 750ml bottles per party for a fee of €40 per bottle.
Founders Bar Giftcard: Founders Bar Gift Cards are available from €25,-
